Why my left breast so painful even I have done the course of antibiotics for 7 days after completion again severe pain start & ultrasound report is clear just show inflammation why it happens

Since how long its happening ?
Married : breastfeeding ?
Why you yook the antibiotic ?
Is it related to periods ?

No , related to periods ,I have baby of 7 months & lactation, antibiotic took due to inflammation in the breast & crack nipple
