Apply sudu cream on her anus.
Include prune juice , ripe banana , oats , lots of fluids , flaxseed in her diet.
Do tummy massage in circular motion with warm oil once or twice a day.

Start the baby on apple purée daily. Use glycerine suppository half suppository once daily for two days. If you are in Lahore then bring the baby to my clinic.

herbal preparation of janam gutti can be harmful for your baby. Though it is widely believed that herbal preparations are safe for the baby, the truth is she doesn’t need anything other than breast milk or formula at least till the age of six months. Depending on how the janam gutti is made it might contain honey or other herbs that can harm your baby’s delicate innards. Honey in janam gutti can give rise to a rare form of food poisoning in babies and disturb their immature digestive system.
Also, gripe water is available as an over-the-counter drug to treat colic. Remember not all gripe water has ingredients that could go well with your baby’s immature system. If you are tempted to pick one and treat your baby’s colic make sure you read the labels carefully. Stay away from the ones that have honey or sodium bicarbonate. Remember sodium bicarbonate can disturb the pH balance in your little one’s tummy. Apart from food poisoning honey can also lead to constipation and other problems.
If you are giving your baby non-prescribed colic medication, look for signs like constipation, listlessness or loss of appetite in your baby. If you notice these symptoms which follow the usage of colic treating medications stop the dose right away and turn to alternate ways of dealing with colic

Exercise. Moving a baby’s legs can help relieve constipation. …
A warm bath. Giving a baby a warm bath can relax their abdominal muscles and help them stop straining. …
Dietary changes. …
Hydration. …
Massage. …
Fruit juice. …

While breastfeeding a baby, a woman could eliminate certain foods, such as dairy, from her diet. It may take some trial and error to identify the dietary changes that help, and it is quite possible that changes in the diet will have no effect on the baby’s constipation.

Many fruits and vegetables can help stimulate the bowels because of their higher fiber content. Good food choices for babies with constipation include:

skinless apples
broccoli
whole grains, such as oatmeal or whole-grain bread or pasta
peaches
pears
plums

starting with about 2–4 ounces of fruit juice. The sugar in the juice is hard to digest. As a result, more liquid enters the intestines, which helps soften and break up the stool.
