Sundas Parent asked 5 years ago My baby is 6months old …he had a fever few days back…I gave him panadol tempramine etc for fever as his doc priscribed.. Now the problem is his fever is not going… Like he is normal in the day time and in night while sleeping his head become so hot. Its been more than 2 weeks now.. Kindly suggest me if any test needed and what should i do.
Dr. Saira Doctor answered 5 years ago Can you please check the exact temperature of your baby also does he have any other symptoms along with it.And if the fever is not subsiding better take him to some paediatrician so that he performs proper checkup of the baby.

Parent replied 5 years agoMa’am he’s not having any other symptom .. I already took him to doctor.. Gave him medicine for 10 days.. But still fever is there.

please can u inform the exact temperature? is it more than 99 and how did u check?
Can u also tell some other symptoms, any stomach issue or sore throat or any other signs which are not normal. our doctors will response in a while
Please check his temperature. Babies’ heads are usually warmer than the rest of the body. If he actually has a fever then he needs to be seen by his pediatrician
Thankyu sir for ur rply.. Yes its constantly fluctuating btw 99 and 100 and sometimes specially in night it becomes 101.
