Its been 5months since my son was born I am constantly feeling pain in right leg which goes down, any remedies or exercise I can do?

Yes, I have back pain as well. It’s start from back then travel down in right leg more towards the area above the knee and give restless muscle pain as if my muscle is exhausted badly.
All you have to do is lie down in prone position then try to get up with help of your hand upward. Do not get up your legs. Hold that position for 20 seconds then repeat this for 3 times in a day (anytime).
Avoid prolong sitting.
Try not to bend forward for at least 2 weeks.
