Unable to carry heavy stuff. Pain when opening tap, burner etc
Also While lifting baby up.
I had c-section 5 months back.

Since how long are you experiencing the pain.It looks like inflammation of the wrist tendon.Try taking painkiller like panadol for pain or you can apply voltran gel also to the affected area.Apply hot or cold pack and limit chores which increase pain.
It’s not only pain while twisting but also I had to turn my thumb back to normal state by other hand it’s like it stucked when twisted.
Sometimes we see post pregnancy the extra fluid get accumulated In the wrist and also extends towards fingers which causes carpel tunnel syndrome and it mostly appears as burning sensation and stiffness in fingers while having extreme pain in wrist whirl carrying baby or doing minor works … U need to give that hand Abit rest with simple Panadol or Panadol extra . In some cases Dr may recommend NSIADS AND corticosteroids . Also use write splint so that it gives the necessary rest to your wrist specially while sleeping and minimizes pain and burning sensation and tingling
