Fruit Yogurt Recipe for Babies and Kids

Yogurt is an important probiotic and must be included in your baby’s diet. Try fruit yogurt recipe for your babies and kids suitable for 6 months babies and above. This fruit yogurt recipe is easy, quick and requires only 3 ingredients. You can use fruits of your choice for this.

  1. Frozen Strawberry Yogurt

  2. Flavored Blueberry  yogurt

Ingredients:
Yogurt (homemade or packed)
Fruit (Strawberry, blueberry, mango, banana or any other Fruit)
Honey (only for kids above 1 year)

Recipe 1:
Blend together 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup yogurt and 1 tsp honey, freeze in airtight container for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with fresh strawberries.

Recipe 2:
Use 12 cup pureed blueberries (or any fruit), mix with 1 cup yogurt and 1/2 tsp honey. Serve fresh or chilled.
