Healthy Breakfast Smoothies for Kids
These healthy smoothies are a great way to add fruits and nutrients to your kids’ diet. They are packed with nutritional ingredients, with no added sugar and are easy to make. They can be given to your kids at breakfast, or at snack time or anytime your kids need to boost their energy.
- Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
1 Banana
1 Cup Yogurt
1 Cup Milk
Process:
Blend all the ingredients in the blender and your fast and delicious smoothie is ready for your little one!
- Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Large mango
1 Banana
1 Cup Yogurt
1 Cup Milk
Process:
Blend all the ingredients in the blender and another delicious healthy smoothie is ready for your kids. If you want to make it less thick, add ¼ cup more milk in the recipe.
Both these smoothies can be given to babies (7months onwards), toddlers, and older kids. They are not only healthy and delicious but also helps in weight gain of the kids.
